First things first. I am a thirty-year-old theology student at a small liberal, Christian based theology school in Vancouver, and I am convinced that theology is in desperate need of some sexing up. I'm not talking about making theology appealing so that heathens can be converted. I'm talking about getting theology back to the body. I'm talking about theology that includes dancing for fun, reaching out and touching others, responsible not restricted sex, fishnets and stilettos.

Now, I don't claim to be the sexiest woman alive, but I think I can compete for/claim the title of Canada's Sexiest Theologian due to the fact that I am willing and able to show more cleavage than the average theologian out there. That, and I do wear the aforementioned fishnets and stilettos. Granted, not everyone is attracted to women, but that can't be helped. And for those who might be offended because they believe they are Canada's Sexiest Theologian, I hope you take this self-proclaimed designation with the tongue-in-cheek mentality with which it was created.

So, as I join the ever increasing society of bloggers, I hope to inject some sensuality into theology and to add whatever witty or impertinent comments come to mind...
